Heart

Engaging with Authentic Faith - this is the heart of Our Norwest Foundation

Together, we engage with the world meaningfully, we celebrate each other's gifts, support one another, and live with love, acceptance, forgiveness, and hope. We trust in the transformative hope of Jesus and seek to grow in our passions.

We want to pray for you and with you - send us your prayer requests, join our prayer walks, ask questions on how our students learn about the Christian faith. Come and engage in faith conversations with us. Our door is always open.

Joining our HEART group is the best way to get involved and to receive regular updates.

Overview

Prayer Newsletter

“Create space, then walk at His pace.” Jonathan Bethke

In the chaos of our modern world, it is our desire to emulate Jesus’ lifestyle. He sought out solitude, silence, and time with His Heavenly Father whenever He was able. He chose to prioritise it through all seasons of life and we’re called to do the same; to set a pace that allows us to stop and rest in God.

As we’re all created for community, we distribute a regular prayer newsletter, via email, so we can set this pace together. This is a wonderful way for you to connect in with the work that Our Norwest is doing and to see first-hand the blessing of partnering with God in His work.

Annual Prayer Walk

Each year it is an incredible joy to pray alongside members of our community, some of whom prayed our school into existence in the late 1970's. Imagine their joy in returning to the College, to see all that God has done over the years.

We’d love you to join us for our annual prayer walk. It is an open invitation for anyone who would like to attend.

"Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus." 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18.
